How can I view and download my purchases?
To view your purchase history at downloadbordados.com you must log in.
1. Click at the top of the page login

What are embroidery extensions?
There are different types of files for reading in each model of the embroidery machine, the embroidery files we offer are the following: Dst, Pes, Jef, Exp, Hus, Pcs, Sew, Vp3, Xxx.
Is my embroidery machine compatible?
Our designs are compatible with most of the embroidery machines on the market, if your machine reads one of the following embroidery formats Dst, Pes, Jef, Exp, Hus, Pcs, Sew, Vp3, Xxx then it is compatible, you can embroider without problems on domestic or industrial embroidery machines such as: Tajima, Janome, Brother, SWF, Melco, Barudan, Singer, Elna, Happy, Toyota, Ricoma, Feiyue, Bernina. etc.
Can I change the embroidery size?
Most of the embroidery machines have this feature of increasing and reducing the size, you can make this adjustment in your embroidery machine, as long as this increase or decrease does not exceed 20% of the embroidery size. You can also change the embroidery size with the free Wilcom Truesizer or TrueSizer Web.

How to download free embroidery to try?
We offer you the possibility to download and try our embroidery designs totally free, in total we have 18 free embroideries and each of the designs comes in 4 different sizes, to download you only have to enter the category of free embroidery through the menu, then click on the design you like and enter your email and name on the page to download, finally click on the button and you will be able to access the download link.
How often are new designs added?
New designs are added daily, at least 150 designs per month.
Are the embroidery manually digitized?
Yes, all designs are manually digitized to give you the highest quality design. Our commitment to you as a customer is to provide you with high-quality embroidery designs with minimal, well-optimized skips, thread cuts only when needed, no gaps, and a high-quality overall stitch.
How to see the embroidery colors list?
The embroidery folder that you downloaded comes as a file in PDF format, in this file you can find the complete list of colors of the embroidery design.
What is an embroidery membership?
When buying an embroidery membership you get great discounts, each design we make takes time and we do it with a lot of passion, by becoming a member you will be able to download all current and future designs as long as your membership is active.
Can I access all the designs to download?
Yes, you have access to all the embroidered designs on our page, but you can only download according to the number of designs granted by your embroidery membership, the premium membership grants unlimited downloads, Basic Membership = 100 Designs, Standard Membership = 250 Designs, Premium membership = unlimited.
Is the membership permanent?
Your embroidery membership is permanent and you can cancel at any time by entering your user account, if you cancel at any time, your membership ended just on the next billing date, one day before your membership expires we will send you a message to that you can stay or cancel.
How can I cancel my membership?
Your membership can be canceled at any time from your user account, remember once canceled the membership will no longer be charged in the next billing month, but you will continue to download current and future designs until your current billing period ends.

What is the payment method?

How to unzip an embroidery file?
All embroidery files are compressed in a zip extension so that it can be uploaded to your embroidery machine you must extract, follow the following.
1. Select the compressed file
2. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
3. To unzip a file or folder only, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then drag or copy the item from the compressed folder to the new location.
